Barrio Tacos has predominantly resided in the Northeast region of the United States since its launch in 2012. Entering a new market with little to no knowledge of the brand opens creative doors for its introduction. The question arises, then, how do you make an impressionable introduction?
THE SOLUTION
Our team employed a multilayered strategy of targeting local and national media outlets, enlisting coverage from one of the major broadcast stations in Orlando.
Through our expertise and connections, Barrio Tacos garnered an impressive audience of 368 million impressions for the Orlando opening. Before working with Snackbox, Barrio Tacos averaged four placements per opening and an average of just over seven million audience. On average, the Orlando grand opening gained 98% more media impressions and 73% more placements.
On a national scale, we secured placement from Yahoo! and locally, from outlets such as Orlando Business Journal, WFTV-TV, Orlando’s ABC affiliate, and WKMG-TV, Orlando’s CBS affiliate.
