Look Before You Launch

This should be filed under “Do as I say, not as I did”. You see, Snackbox was launched before we had a strong client base, before we had a nest egg prepared. While we are the exception to that rule of ‘planning makes perfect execution’, I’m here to caution you that it doesn’t always end up as rosy as the Snackbox story.

If I had to do it all over again, in the spirit of hindsight being 20/20, for the next 26 weeks I’m going to post my top pre-launch tips for starting your own business, no matter whom you are or what you’re doing. Each week we’ll focus on another letter within the alphabet, just to keep things interesting … especially when we get to ‘X’ and ‘Z’. I’m doing this for you, dear SnackBlog reader, so you can benefit from my lessons learned (sometimes learned the hard way) and skate through them like a checklist.
